Worship Information

There are two morning offerings of worship at First Baptist Church of Boone. The sermons are relational and relative to the lives of people of all ages. The themes of services follow the Liturgical Calendar and the seasonal flow of the Church Year. The 9:00 am “Awakening” service in the prayer garden or chapel is more reflective in nature and includes music that might be acoustic and contemporary. The 11:00 am “Traditional” service in the sanctuary includes the organ and chancel choir as well as hymns sung by the congregation. Both services of worship are very important to the life of our church and are centered on the giving of all of our attention to God!
